Based on a traditional Italian confection, our Salame di Cioccolato is 60% bean-to-bar chocolate rolled with shortbread and amaretti cookies and best served sliced, either with sweet or savory accompaniments.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, shortbread, amaretti cookies, egg yolk.
Manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, wheat and soy.
