Twenty years ago we began Cacao Atlanta with a conviction that ran against the habits of the industry: that the cacao matters more than the brand. So we spent those years at the bean — on farms and in fermentation houses, teaching post-harvest practice for flavour, building relationships at origin that hold to this day. The chocolate came from that work. So did the partners we found along the way, in design, in packaging, in making.
That work has a name now. Haus of Cacao arrives in fall 2026. Until then, the collection below is the last made under the old name — the same hands, the same standard, available until it is gone.
